Account data: when you sign in with Google we receive your email address and Google account ID. We never see your password.
Usage data: domain names you scan, the analysis mode, scores returned, token balance and transactions. This powers your history and balance.
Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store card numbers. Stripe shares with us the amount, currency and a transaction reference. Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.
Domain names visible on supported auction pages are sent to our server and forwarded to Anthropic's Claude API to generate scores. Only the domain names are sent — never page content, browsing history, cookies or personal data. Anthropic's privacy policy: anthropic.com/privacy.
On leapdata.ai we use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how many people visit and which pages they use. These set cookies.
Nothing analytics-related runs until you accept. We use Google Consent Mode with analytics storage denied by default. If you decline, or ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which makes the banner appear again.
We do not run advertising, remarketing or cross-site tracking, and we do not share this data with advertisers. Processor: Google Ireland Ltd — policies.google.com/privacy.
From version 1.2.0 the browser extension reports a small amount of anonymous usage information to our own server, so we can tell when something is broken and which features are actually used.
What is sent: a randomly generated telemetry ID that is not linked to your account, the extension version, the marketplace name (for example "godaddy"), the analysis mode, how many domains were scored, how many failed, how long a scan took, and error codes.
What is never sent in product telemetry: domain names, page addresses, page content, your email address, your search terms, or anything about pages outside the supported auction sites. Our server additionally rejects any value that looks like a domain name or URL, so this cannot change by accident.
Optional uninstall feedback: the extension creates a separate random feedback key that is not used for normal product telemetry. If you sign in, that feedback key may be associated with your LeapData account so we can understand feedback in account context. If you later uninstall, the optional feedback page can send your reason, optional note, extension version and that feedback key. The page clearly tells you this, and we only use the account email to follow up when you tick the contact-permission box. We do not attach browsing history or domain research to uninstall feedback.
We do not sell personal data. We do not collect browsing history. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking. The extension runs only on the supported auction websites listed in its permissions.
Data is stored with Supabase (EU/US data centers). Scan history and reports are kept while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@leapdata.ai from your registered address; deletion is completed within 30 days (UK GDPR).
