Account data: when you sign in with Google we receive your email address and Google account ID. We never see your password.
Analysis and usage data: domain names you analyze, the selected analysis mode, scores and reports returned, token balance and analysis transactions. If you use Universal Analyzer by pasting text or importing a TXT/CSV file, the submitted input may be stored with your account so the service can provide saved-input, history, support and account features. You can clear stored original input from the dashboard while retaining scored history.
Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store card numbers. Stripe shares with us the amount, currency and a transaction reference. Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.
Domain names you choose to analyze are sent to our server and may be forwarded to Anthropic's Claude API when a fresh AI result is required. Recent analysis may be served from our server cache instead of calling the model again. Pasted or imported source text is stored in LeapData's database for the account features described above, but the AI scoring request is based on the extracted domain names rather than unrelated surrounding text.
Current-page extraction: LeapData can find domain names on the browser tab you are viewing only after you explicitly click “Find domains on this page.” The extension uses Chrome's temporary active-tab permission for that action; it does not continuously read every website you visit.
On leapdata.ai we use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how many people visit and which pages they use. These set cookies.
Nothing analytics-related runs until you accept. We use Google Consent Mode with analytics storage denied by default. If you decline, or ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which makes the banner appear again.
We do not run advertising, remarketing or cross-site tracking, and we do not share this data with advertisers. Processor: Google Ireland Ltd — policies.google.com/privacy.
From version 1.2.0 the browser extension reports a small amount of anonymous usage information to our own server, so we can tell when something is broken and which features are actually used.
What is sent: a randomly generated telemetry ID that is not linked to your account, the extension version, the marketplace name (for example "godaddy"), the analysis mode, how many domains were scored, how many failed, how long a scan took, and error codes.
What is never sent in anonymous product telemetry: domain names, page addresses, page content, your email address or browser search terms. Analysis data is handled separately as authenticated service data and is not part of the anonymous telemetry stream.
Extension installation & account connection: from version 1.5 the extension creates a separate random installation identifier. We use it to measure installation-to-usage reliability, maintain account/extension connection state, provide support and understand whether the installed extension is being used. Before sign-in this identifier is pseudonymous. After you sign in it may be associated with your LeapData account together with the extension version and install/link timestamps. It does not contain domain names, page URLs, page content or browser search terms.
Account lifecycle information: we process operational account events such as registration, email-confirmation status, successful sign-in timestamps and extension-account connection events for account administration, security, support and service analytics. Selected account events may generate an internal administrative notification email to help us operate and secure the service.
Optional uninstall feedback: the extension creates a separate random feedback key that is not used for normal product telemetry. If you sign in, that feedback key may be associated with your LeapData account so we can understand feedback in account context. If you later uninstall, the optional feedback page can send your reason, optional note, extension version and that feedback key. The page clearly tells you this, and we only use the account email to follow up when you tick the contact-permission box. We do not attach browsing history or domain research to uninstall feedback.
We do not sell personal data or use analysis data for advertising. We do not continuously monitor browsing history or track you across unrelated websites. Marketplace integrations run on the supported sites declared in the extension, while Universal “Find on this page” access is temporary and user-triggered.
Account data, account lifecycle events, extension installation/account-link records, analysis history, reports and saved Universal Analyzer inputs are stored with Supabase. Analysis cache entries may also be retained to provide faster repeat analysis and control infrastructure cost. Your dashboard lets you clear stored original pasted/file input for individual requests. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@leapdata.ai from your registered address; deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
Supabase (database, authentication), Anthropic (domain scoring), Stripe (payments), Google Ireland Ltd (Analytics and Tag Manager, only with your consent), and Hostinger (website hosting).
Contract — your account, tokens, submitted analysis data, saved inputs, scans and purchases. Consent — website analytics cookies. Legitimate interests — operational account events, extension installation/account-link records and anonymous extension telemetry used to operate, secure, support and improve the product.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export and erase your data, and to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

بيانات الإضافة: ترسل الإضافة معلومات استخدام تشغيلية باستخدام معرّف عشوائي منفصل عن حسابك (اسم السوق، وضع التحليل، عدد الدومينات، وأكواد الأخطاء)، ولا ترسل أسماء الدومينات أو عناوين الصفحات أو بريدك ضمن هذه البيانات. ومن الإصدار 1.5 تنشئ الإضافة أيضًا معرّف تثبيت عشوائيًا منفصلًا لقياس موثوقية التثبيت وربط الإضافة بالحساب بعد تسجيل الدخول؛ وقد يرتبط هذا المعرّف بحسابك مع إصدار الإضافة وأوقات التثبيت والربط، من دون تضمين الدومينات أو عناوين الصفحات. ولصفحة ملاحظات إلغاء التثبيت فقط، تستخدم الإضافة مفتاحًا عشوائيًا منفصلًا قد يرتبط بحسابك إذا كنت مسجّل الدخول.
المحلّل الشامل: عند لصق نص أو رفع ملف TXT/CSV، نستخرج أسماء الدومينات للتحليل وقد نحتفظ بالنص أو الملف المدخل ضمن سجل حسابك لتوفير ميزات الحفظ والدعم. يمكنك مسح الإدخال الأصلي المحفوظ من لوحة التحكم مع الاحتفاظ بنتائج التحليل. خيار العثور على الدومينات في الصفحة الحالية يعمل فقط عندما تضغط عليه بنفسك.
